Exchange Policy

Norqain Singapore offers an exchange policy for watches bought from the online boutique.

Eligible exchanges are where:

To initiate the exchange:

For change of mind exchanges, email [email protected] within three (3) calendar days upon receipt and we will provide further instructions.
For other exchanges, email [email protected] within seven (7) calendar days upon receipt and we will provide further instructions.

Do note that all exchanges are subjected to the following conditions:

Top up if the current promotional price of the chosen model is more than the price the customer has paid for;
No refund if the current promotional price of the chosen model is lower;
One-time exchange only for change of mind exchanges
Products to be exchanged must be in original, unworn condition with all original packaging and paperwork.
All items will be thoroughly inspected prior to any exchanges being made. Norqain Singapore reserves the right to reject/refuse any exchanges if the product is damaged due to improper use by customer or product has been modified/altered.

Do note that all exchanges are subjected to the following conditions:

Watches returned must be in original, unworn condition with all original packaging and paperwork.
All items will be thoroughly inspected prior to any refunds being made. Norqain Singapore reserves the right to reject/refuse any returns if the product is damaged due to improper use by customer or product has been modified/altered.
Eligible returns will have the refunds credited to the original payment method and made within 14 working days from the confirmation of eligible return.
